About Me

    Hello, everyone!

    I'm going to tell you about myself. My name is Silvia Ariani, and people usually call me Via. I come from Tarakan, Indonesia. I'm 21 years old. I'm a final year student at University of Borneo Tarakan, Indonesia and my major is Mathematics Education.

    I wanna share a little story about my experience to get this biggest chance of my life. Its about "How I get the opportunity for joining SEA-Teacher Program Batch 9 at Lampang Rajabhat University"

    It was not easy but it was so exciting. At first I didn't want to join the program, because I knew  my English wasn't good enough. However, my friend forced me to give it a try and join the program together.

    Finally I got the announcement that I passed the selection. I got what I have been dreaming for, teaching in another country is the biggest dream of my life. I wanna know how to adapt to different cultures, environments, and teaching methods. But, at the same time I was also sad because my friend didn't make it. 

    Another dream that I got is travelling to another part of the world, it was so amazing. I cannot even believe that I have been to Thailand, I can explore the new places, try a new food, meet new friends, new people, and the new characteristic of a person. 

    I love every parts of the program a lot of good memories, and the newfound friends I have met. Thank you for the friendship, and memories we have spent together.
